Water boyz uses a techinque called soft washing. We apply our speical soap on to the house, and rinse it right off, using miminal pressure.

With this process, we pretreat the concrete with our soap, and go over it with our surface cleaner. We then use a high pressure tip to detail the corners.

Roof cleaning is a speical techinque that not alot of companies offer. We start by making sure all plants, grass, and windows are watered down. We apply our soap with a heavier mix. But we do not wash it away. Over time that midew will be washed away by nature, ensuring no damage to the shingels. 

In this process, we use a water fed pole that can reach up to 4 stories high!

We reccomend exterior window cleaning after a house wash.

We use a fliteration system we hook up to, which cleans the water of any impurites. Reducing the chance of leaving hard water stains. Unfortantly, we cannot remove any hard water stains, as glass is made up of many layers, and the hard water etches into the glass.
